On Lucas' 8 month birthday and to celebrate Ryan's birthday, we went as a family to a Washington Capitals Hockey game. It was Lucas' first game and my first game of the season. We dressed Lucas up in his Caps outfit (including socks!), Ryan & I put on our Ovechkin jerseys and we were ready to go!

and dancing to all the music.
In between periods, we got to meet Slapshot, the Caps mascot!
By the third period, he was worn out from all the excitement.
The Caps win! 7 - 4.
Ovie had a hat trick!
Asleep on the way home. That was a great afternoon!
