First Bath

Even though most of Maria's umbilical stump fell off when she was about 5 days old,

we decided to wait until it looked mostly healed before we gave her the first "real" bath.

Lucas even helped Maria with her bath

She didn't cry and really seemed to enjoy bath time.

Keeping warm and getting dry in her hooded towel

Love the smell of a clean baby.....

Of course, 20 minutes later she had already pooped in her diaper and spit up in her hair.
