Follow-up to Eye Surgery

So, there were limited restrictions for Lucas after his eye surgery yesterday. We have to give him antiobiotic eye drops for a couple days to be sure he doesn't get an infection. One of the other restrictions was that he couldn't go out on the playground, for fear of getting dirt in his eyes. Makes sense. Try explaining this to a one year old who loves his playground time. My mom said she went to go pick him up from daycare today and Lucas was having a fit in the room. His teacher said he knew everyone else was out on the playground and he was beside himself as to why he couldn't join them. Poor boy! Upon seeing Grammy, he felt a little bit better. Don't worry, buddy, you can go back on the playground tomorrow!
