It's been a while (a long while, like before we had kids....we're talking Winter 2006-2007) since we've been skiing. Billy & Mom offered to watch the kids while we went skiing for the day.
Ryan had no idea we were going.
I let him sleep for a little while, but then sent Lucas in with a note that said,
"Ski with me today!".
Ryan was still a little sleepy when he read it, but definitely excited once he figured out what it meant.
We dropped of the kids and headed on our way up to Liberty Ski Resort, right over the border in Pennsylvania.

The conditions were great, especially since it had snowed earlier in the week.
It actually snowed for a little while we there.

We got a good 7 hours or so of skiing in, minus breaks,
before we decided our legs weren't going to hold us up much longer.
To top off an already great day, we stopped at Sakura to have sushi for dinner. Delicious!
