Lucas is really showing signs of wanting to communicate. We've been signing with him all along, but he hadn't really been signing any other than "more" and "milk" for the longest time.
Over the past week, all the sudden, he is beginning to use more and more of the other signs we've been teaching him. "All done"- which is very helpful in knowing he's finished eating.
"Peaches"- one of his favorite summer fruits
"Eat","Please", "Bath", "Juice", "Dog", "Car", "Ball".
I've been working on "Bird" & "Duck", but he's more interested in trying to say duck than sign it.
It's amazing the way his little brain is such a sponge.
