Fireworks!

Every year the Breezy Point Co-Op puts off fireworks on the bayside.

Tonight was the night for the fireworks.

This is one of my favorite parts of 4th of July.Lucas in his patriotic colored Elmo shirt

Also appropriate for all the World Cup Soccer (or as Uncle John calls it-football) fans

My mom even got glow-in-the-dark necklaces.

Lucas was really excited about playing with that!

Lucas accidently called them "firetrucks" a few times

He also called them "shiny" & had a running commentary throughout the show

We all enjoyed the fireworks.

Once of the best parts was that we didn't get eaten alive by bugs!
I'm glad Lucas & Maria liked the fireworks and weren't scared by them.
